It's easier to request reviews than ever before!
You can now send one-off requests for feedback and reviews to customer contacts by phone and email using the Signpost mobile app or a desktop computer.
Desktop Feedback & Review Requests
Feedback
1. For a desktop computer, first navigate to Contacts:
2. Then, select the customer contact you'd like to send feedback (or a review request) to. Once you've selected a contact, you can choose what kind of request you'd like to send:
3. Select whether you'd like to send it via text to a contact's phone, or via email and finish by choosing "Send now":
Reviews
1. Use our new Request Reviews feature to send review requests via SMS. It's easily accessible from your Dashboard:
2. Next, type in the phone number of the contact you'd like to request a review from, choose your review site, and finish by selecting Send Review Request

1. From the Dashboard select Ask for a review to easily send a review request via SMS
2. Next, search your contacts for the person you'd like to send the review request to. Finally, select the site and choose Send Now

While the ability to send one-off requests is important, these campaigns can also run automatically, saving you valuable time in your day-to-day. We recommend keeping your Feedback and/or Review campaigns turned on:
