How To: Send an Automated Campaign or Offer to Individuals

1. Log into your Merchant Center and navigate to the "Contacts" tab

2. Locate the customer in question by scrolling through your contact list or typing their name in the search bar


 

3. Click on that customer’s name to open their customer details page/customer profile


4. Click the drop-down menu under "Send a Marketing Message"


5. Choose which campaign you would like to send

6. Click “Send Now” to send the selected message to the contact immediately
