Responding to Positive Feedback & Reviews

Getting positive feedback and reviews can be used as a huge asset for your business! Even better? Following up with your customers to show how much you appreciate their words. Here are some tips regarding both:

  • Thank them via email. Respond with a simple "Thank you so much for your positive feedback, we appreciate your business!" via email. This gives the customer a more personalized experience.
  • Respond online with gratitude. Log into your review site and publicly reply back to positive reviews with a thank you message. This demonstrates quick follow-up and attention to customer satisfaction.
  • Send a thank-you offer. DO NOT use this as an incentive before a review is written, as many review sites will suspend or negatively impact your page if they find out you have done so. However, sending a follow-up offer to your best VIP customers can show your appreciation and increase their loyalty!
