What are my Ongoing Campaigns?
These are Review requests, Active Customer Campaigns, New Customer Campaigns, and Win Back Campaigns. Signpost automatically and periodically sends these to your contacts.
Which Ongoing Campaigns send to contacts in each Customer Lifecycle Stage?
Prospective Customers receive New Customer Campaigns. This incentivizes them to make their first purchase. If a New Customer Campaign isn't set-up, Prospective customers will not receive any other automated campaigns.
Active Customers receive Review requests and Active Customer Campaigns. This engages with them to return for other services or purchases. If an Active Customer Campaign isn't set-up, Active customers will receive a Feedback request or a Review request depending on which campaigns are active.
Inactive Customers receive Review requests and Win Back Campaigns. This incentivizes them to return to your business, or re-engage with your campaigns. If a Win Back Campaign isn't set-up, Inactive customers will receive a Feedback request or a Review request depending on which campaigns are active.
Unknown Contacts receive Review requests, and New Customer Campaigns. These are typically newly added contacts, so we are working to determine if they are new to your business overall, or if they have worked with you before and are only new to Signpost. Unknown contacts will receive a Feedback request or a Review request depending on which campaigns are active.
Unhappy Customers receive no Ongoing Campaigns. However, they will receive any One-Time campaigns you create and send, as well as any ongoing campaigns you manually send such as "Send a Review Now" when manually adding a contact.
