3. A request form will appear with a hint of the email address that currently owns this listing. If you have access to this email, you already have access! If you do not have access, fill out the form that appears with the requested information, then click the blue "Submit" button at the bottom.

This will send a message to the current “Primary Owner” of the page, who can confirm, deny, or ignore the request.

  • If they Confirm your request: you now have access!
  • If they Deny your request: try reaching out to them to let them know that you need access, and try the process again.
  • If they Ignore your request: wait 7 days, and then you can verify affiliation with the business. Follow the steps you took previously to find the business page, Request Access, and fill in the form that appears with all applicable information.

3. Once the page is verified, Google should flag it as a duplicate, and you can request access to the published page. On the Dashboard for that location, click "Request access" in the new "Duplicate location" box.
