How To: Customize Business Terminology

1. Log in to your Merchant Center and navigate to the "Settings" page 

2. Scroll down to the "Business Terminology" section and click "Edit" to the right

3. Choose the terms you would like to use to refer to your contacts and their experience with your business from the associated drop-down menus

4. When you have made your selections, click the purple "Save Changes" text to the right
