HomeAdvisor Integration

Overview

This integration will seamlessly sync your Leads from HomeAdvisor into Signpost.

Once you receive a new Lead in HomeAdvisor, Signpost will automatically sync that lead into Signpost. Our powerful automation platform assigns them to distinct lifecycle stages (in this case, the Prospective Customer Lifecycle), and sends targeted messages at the appropriate time to help convert them into a paying customer, and later, drive 5-star reviews online.

Setup Instructions

1. Log into your Signpost account and go to the Integrations tab:

2. Under "More Integrations", change the drop-down menu to "Field Service Software". Then, click "Connect" next to HomeAdvisor.

3. Fill out the form with your HomeAdvisor account number, first name, last name, and the email address associated with your HomeAdvisor account. Click "Connect".

Pro tip: You can find your HomeAdvisor by logging in, then opening the Account tab, and going to "Statement." Your account number is included there with your account overview.

4. Please wait up to 3 days for all new leads to begin syncing to Signpost. If you'd like to sync your past leads into Signpost, follow the hyperlinked instructions to export your contacts from HomeAdvisor, and upload them to Signpost.

Done! Now, your Integrations tab should display HomeAdvisor under the "Connected Integrations" section.
