Overview
Connecting your Freshbooks account to Signpost is a great way to automatically add Freshbooks contacts into your Signpost account. When a Freshbooks invoice is paid, Signpost will automatically send follow-up marketing campaigns.
Important note: Our integration is only compatible with Freshbooks New. Users of Freshbooks Classic can connect through our Zapier integration.
Setup Instructions
1. Log into your Signpost account, then navigate to the Integrations tab
2. Under "More Integrations", change the drop-down menu to "Payments and Accounting". Then, click "Connect" next to Freshbooks.
3. Log into your Freshbooks account
4. Click "Allow Access"
5. If you have multiple Freshbooks Businesses, select which one you would like to connect to this Signpost location.
Done! Now, your Integrations tab should display Freshbooks under the "Connected Integrations" section.
