Signpost Chat helps you transform your website into an interactive experience to educate and engage visitors. Coupled with our new mobile app, they become powerful tools to communicate with leads and customers while you're on the go.
To enable Signpost Chat on your mobile app, follow the steps below.
1. Download and set up the Signpost mobile app.
2. Log into your Signpost account on desktop.
3. Navigate to the Integrations tab. Scroll down to find Signpost Chat, and click Connect.
4. Select the email address you use to log into your Signpost and Signpost Chat accounts. Then, click Connect.
(Hint: this is where you received both your Signpost welcome email and Agentz welcome email to.)
5. Now you are done! You can begin using Signpost Chat on your Signpost mobile app. New chat messages, conversations, and live help requests, if enabled, will all send a push notification to your app so that you can manage and respond in real-time.
