With Signpost's mobile app, it has never been easier to quickly manage your customer contacts! With just a few clicks, you can view if your contacts are subscribed to receive your marketing campaigns, or even quickly opt them out if they request your assistance.
1. Once logged into the app, go to the Contacts tab.
2. Select or search for the contact, and click to open their profile.
3. In the contact profile, you can view and manage their status:
Subscribed to campaigns: This contact is subscribed to receive your email and/or text marketing campaigns.
Additionally, if you wish to remove this contact from your marketing list, you may toggle them off. Then, they will display as Not subscribed to campaigns (with toggle off).
Unsubscribed from campaigns: This contact has chosen to remove themself from your marketing list. You will not be able to change or reverse this on their behalf.
Not subscribed to campaigns (toggle on): This indicates an in-between state of the above statuses. It is usually displayed on contacts whose profiles only contain a phone number, with no email address - because they have not yet opted in to receive text marketing campaigns, but they also have never opted out.
