How to Turn New Customer, Active Customer, and Win-Back Campaigns OFF
1. Log in to your Merchant Center and navigate to the "Campaigns" tab. Under "Ongoing Campaigns," select either the New Customer Campaign, Active Customer Campaign, or Winback Campaign.
2. Under "Current Campaigns," find the campaign you are wanting to turn off. Then, select "Stop Sending"
3. Select "Stop Sending" to confirm.
4. Now, it will be listed under your Previous Campaigns.
How to Turn New Customer, Active Customer, and WinBack Campaigns ON
1. If you want to reactivate a campaign that was previously active, find the Previous Campaigns section as shown in step 4 above.
2. Select "Duplicate," then follow the steps to make any necessary changes to your campaign's content, audience, or reminders. Then, save it!
