Connecting your HomeAdvisor account to Signpost is an important step toward driving a seamless marketing experience for your customers - all the way from being a lead to being a paying customer.
Once connected, Signpost will sync any new leads moving forward over to your Signpost account. They will be added as a contact in the Prospective Customer lifecycle stage, meaning Mia will send marketing campaigns that are relevant to customers that are still in the "lead" stage of your pipeline.
To set up the integration, log into your Signpost account and go to the Integrations tab:
Click Connect, and then a form will pop up. Fill out your first and last name, the email address you use to log into HomeAdvisor, and your HomeAdvisor account number.
Pro tip: If you can't remember your HomeAdvisor account number, you can log into your HomeAdvisor account and then find it at the bottom of the page, in the footer.
After you fill out the form, click Connect. Then, you will see confirmation that your integration will be complete within the next 3 days!
