With our new lifecycle and campaigns features, you can now market to your contacts based on how they've interacted with your business.
We want to make sure we're sending your prospects and customers the most effective campaigns. As your contacts are captured by Signpost, Mia will assign them one of the following Lifecycle States:
- Active Customers
- Prospective Customers
- Inactive Customers
- Unknown Contacts
- Unhappy Customers
Over time, Mia updates these States based on your interactions – after leaving feedback or a review, converting an offer, and more. Ultimately, campaigns are more effectively aligned to deliver the right message at the right time.
You can customize three campaign types:
- New Customer Campaigns: We have enhanced the previous New Customer Offer. This campaign encourages your prospects to make their first purchase. For example, a spa or salon might entice new clients with “New Client Special! $25 Off First Purchase."
- Active Customer Campaigns: These campaigns will help you retain existing customers and drive more repeat business. For example, an auto shop may offer a discount like “We Appreciate You. To Say Thanks, Take $10 Off Your Next Oil Change.”
- Win-back Campaigns: These messages are best suited for customers who have done business with you in the past, but haven't returned in a few months. For example, a boutique fitness studio could reactivate past clients: ”We Miss You! Reactivate Your Class Package for 20% Off!
