The more targeted your campaigns are, the more effective they will be! Mia is now able to better target your contacts based on their interactions with your business.
Important: We have also expanded our campaigns, so we need your input!
First, Mia will assign each contact a Lifecycle State. Again, this is based on their campaign interactions:
- Active Customers (contacts who have given positive feedback or transacted)
- Prospective Customers (those who clicked your offer’s call-to-action)
- Inactive Customers (contacts who stopped interacting with campaigns)
- Unknown Contacts (no interaction with campaigns - yet!)
- Unhappy Customers (contacts who gave negative or neutral feedback)
Pro tip: you can view each contact's customer lifecycle by viewing their customer profile:
Second, here’s where we need you! Mia will be sending new campaigns to some of your contacts:
- Active Customer Campaigns: These campaigns will help you retain existing customers and drive more repeat business.
- Win-back Campaigns: These messages are best suited for customers who have done business with you in the past, but haven't returned in a few months.
- New Customer Campaigns: These campaigns encourage your prospects to make their first purchase.
Create your new campaigns now! Log in and click on the Campaigns Tab.
Then, find your Active, Winback, and New Customer Campaigns. Choose one at a time:
Lastly, on each campaign type, click Create New. Then, fill out your offer details!
