As a reminder, Feedback Responses are different from Reviews and are only visible internally on your Signpost account. You can respond to Feedback Responses by emailing the contact separately. Their email address can be found in the notification email you receive from Signpost as well as in their customer profile in your Signpost account.
Responding to a review left on a website external to Signpost must be done on the review site in question. Simply visit that review site, log in to the account you have with them, and follow their instructions on how to respond!
