Your Signpost account contains two categories of campaigns that are sent to contacts in your account: "Automated" campaigns and "Scheduled" campaigns.
Automated campaigns are set up during your onboarding process. Mia sends them to your eligible contacts in a market-tested sequence. This way, you can achieve the highest open rates and the most outcomes without having to lift a finger.
The four types of Automated Campaigns that Signpost uses are Feedback Requests, Review Requests, Referral Requests, and New Customer Offers. While the default setting for your account is for all four to be turned on as soon as your account is opened, you can turn automated sending off for any of them at any time.

Scheduled Campaigns are customizable and can be set up by you at any time. We offer two types of templates for Scheduled Campaigns: Repeat Business Offers, which can be sent to your contacts as special offers rewarding loyal customers, and Custom Campaigns, which can be set up as announcements or short-form newsletters.
