While it's important to try to get in touch with unhappy contacts to improve their experience, we know you don't always have time to reach out immediately. Additionally, sometimes people are just plain difficult to please.
In an effort to improve your account performance, we have added an "Unsubscribe this customer" button in the email notification you receive with non-positive Feedback! Clicking this button will ensure that the contact who left the Feedback will not receive any more marketing messages from your Signpost account.
