Each notification email you receive from Signpost now includes both a link to the contact's Customer Profile (so that you can see their recent activity) and their Email Address (so that you can simply click and respond).
We recommend emailing your unhappy contacts as quickly as possible so you can try to rectify the situation before they are asked for a review. Messages such as "We were sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our service. Is there anything we can do to make it right?" can go a long way in repairing customer relationships.
