At Signpost, our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to keep in touch with your customers. That's why we have streamlined the process for responding to text messages that contacts send to your forwarding phone number.
Before, responding to these text messages required you to log in to your Merchant Center, navigate to your Text Inbox, and reply there. Now, you can simply reply to the email notification you receive from Signpost, and your response will go directly to your contact's phone!
