Why can’t all my Feedback be added to my Testimonials Page?

The option to allow Feedback to be posted is only presented to customers who indicate that they have had a "positive" or "very positive" experience (4 or 5 stars). However, those customers also have the option to not have their Feedback published publicly.

If the customer did choose the option to have their Feedback published publicly, they will appear in your Feedback list with a "visible on your testimonials page" drop-down menu next to their name, allowing you to publish or unpublish their comment from your Testimonials Page.
