Update: Feedback Notification Changes

We have made some changes in the Merchant Center to make it easier to determine when customers leave you feedback as opposed to when they post reviews!

If you’ve signed in to your account or received a feedback notification, you may have noticed that your customers’ feedback is now represented by emojis. In the new feedback scale, the smiling emojis represent positive feedback and the frowning emojis represent negative feedback. We’ve deployed the emoji scale for feedback to distinguish it more clearly from your reviews, which keep the traditional 5-star scale.
