Update: IVR Text-to-Speech Improvements

Our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) feature is getting an upgrade! Now, instead of playing a generic “opt in” message at the beginning of every call, our system will play a message personalized to your business for every caller.

Best of all, it will even play different messages based on whether the caller has never called before, has called before but not opted in, or is already opted in. This update has driven 6x more text opt-ins than our previous version.
