How To: Set Up QuickBooks Online Sync

Before syncing your accounts, make sure that all email addresses in your QuickBooks Online account have been entered in the "Email" field; otherwise, your Signpost account will not be able to recognize and import them.

To initiate the sync:

  1. Log in to your Merchant Center and navigate to the "Integrations" tab
  2. Click the green "Connect to QuickBooks" button 
  3. Enter your QuickBooks login information and click "Sign in"

For security purposes, QuickBooks' software will automatically disconnect from your Signpost account after one year. At that time, you will simply need to follow these steps again to re-connect your account for another year.
