How To: Add Individual Customer Contacts

Manually adding contacts is easy and encouraged. Adding a few new contacts each week can have a big impact on the results of your automated marketing. To add individual contacts:

  1. Navigate to your "Customer Contacts" page
  2. Click "Add Customer" in the upper right
  3. Fill in the new contact information
  4. Click "Add Customer" to complete

Important Note: If the email address or phone number you enter is already present in your account, the information you enter for the other two sections will override whatever was entered previously.
