How To: Disable Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

1. Log in to your Merchant Center and navigate to "Settings," then "Phone"

2. Click "Edit Greeting"

3. Click the blue toggle next to the wording "Make selected greeting active when people call"

4. Make sure the toggle is gray and select "Save Setting"
