To view feedback that your customers have provided from the Get Feedback email as well as feedback that is visible on your Testimonials Page:
- Go to "Campaigns>Feedback" in your merchant center
- Scroll down to the "Your Feedback" section
You can use the drop-down menu to filter your results so that you can more easily see different categories of feedback.
To unpublish feedback that is visible on your Testominials Page, click "Public" on the drop-down menu next to that comment and select "Only Me."
