View Your Customer Feedback

There are two methods to view Feedback in your Merchant Center.

Method 1

1. Log in to your Merchant Center and navigate to the "Campaigns" tab, choosing the "Feedback" option from the drop-down menu



2. Scroll down to the "Your Feedback" section



3. You can use the "All Feedback" drop-down menu to filter your results so that you can more easily see different categories of feedback



Method 2

1. Log in to your Merchant Center and navigate to the "Contacts” tab



2. Click “Show Filters” next to the search bar


3. A box will pop up with a drop-down menu that says “Campaigns,” followed by a sentence. Click the purple words in the sentence to activate their drop-down menus and build the sentence “Show me contacts who have submitted feedback”


4. Click the purple “Filter” button
