Our IVR feature has been optimized to replace the manual opt-in notifications and trigger that were previously available in your merchant center to add eligible customers.

Signpost has your back when it comes to optimization for text message marketing. Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is the most effective way to grow your text marketing subscriber list with just a simple, one-step opt-in process!

When a customer dials your business line, they can opt in to your marketing right from their phone. Log in to your Merchant Center and navigate to "Settings," then "Phone" to activate this feature!
