You can now add a personal touch to your emails by changing the “from” name that recipients see! With 68% of America opening emails based on the “from” name, customizing will help you stand out in a crowded inbox.
Additionally, once you set this up, Mia will selectively decide when to send plain-text emails and when to send HTML emails. We’ve found that plain-text emails convert 2x higher than HTML emails.
To get started, log in to your Merchant Center and navigate to "Settings," then "Customization," then "Email Information." Here, you can personalize the “Email Signature” field by adding your name and company name, such as “Mike from Vandam Yoga.”
This feature is currently limited to Review Request Emails, but will be expanded to include other types of email campaigns soon!
