1. Log in to your Square account and click "Customers" in the left-hand menu
2. Select the "Directory" tab at the top
3. Click "Import / Export" on the right and select "Export Customers" from the drop-down menu
4. Choose whether you want to export all your customers or a group, then click "Export"
5. Depending on your browser, you might be asked to save the file. Remember what folder the file is placed in to easily access it
