How To: Export Contacts from Quickbooks

Online:

1. On the left panel, click "Reports"

2. Type "Customer Contact List" in the search box

3. Click the "Customize" button located in the upper right-hand corner

4. Under Rows/Columns, click the "Change Columns" link

5. Put a check mark on the "Customer" and "Email" boxes

6. Click "Run Report"

7. Click the "Export" icon next to the print icon

8. Visit the Contacts tab in your Merchant Center to upload the list

Desktop:

1. In the Customers menu of QuickBooks Desktop, select "Customer Center"

2. At the top of the Customer Center window, in the Excel menu, select "Export Customer List"

3. Select "Create a comma separated values (.csv) file" and click "Export"

4. Choose a destination folder and name for the file and click "Save"

5. Remember what folder the file is placed in to easily access it

6. Visit the Contacts tab in your Merchant Center to upload the list
