1. Log in to your Merchant Center and navigate to the "Settings" tab
2. Click "Edit Business Information" in the top right-hand corner
3. Make changes by typing or pasting in any of the available fields, choosing a new option from any of the purple drop-down menus, or checking/unchecking any available boxes
4. Once you have completed your edits, click "Save Changes" in the top right-hand corner. Your information should be updated across Facebook and Google within the next few business days.
NOTE: To change your business phone number that is published on your review sites, or to change the phone number that your published tracking phone number forwards to, contact our Customer Support Team during our business hours of Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm Eastern Time. To do so, you can email email@example.com, call (855) 606-4900, or use the chat feature in the bottom right-hand corner of your dashboard after logging in.
