How do I see my results?
There are two ways you can check on your ad. Each time someone submits their information to claim your offer, you will receive an email notification. You will also receive periodic email updates for your ad, such as the number of impressions, clicks, page likes, and post likes the campaign has generated.
Secondly, your Merchant Center displays the contacts that are being collected through your Facebook advertisement - see images below.
If you have questions on your advertisement, or need to make any changes, please reach out to your Account Manager or send us an email.
Go to your Location Overview, and choose your location labeled Facebook Ads:
Any contacts generated through your Facebook ad will appear in the "Offers Claimed" section. Next, click on Customer Contacts.
From your Customer Contacts tab, you can click on any customer profile to view the customer's activity history.
