1. Log into your Merchant Center and navigate to the "Contacts" tab
2. Click the gray "Manage Lists" drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner and select "Create a New List"
3. Type in your desired list name and click "Create a List"
To add contacts to your list one by one, follow the instructions in this article:
To add a large group of contacts to your new list, pull all respective contacts into a spreadsheet and upload the new file by following the instructions in the article below. (Make sure to choose the new list's name from the drop-down menu on the Final Confirmation page):
