This article will instruct you on how to create a segmented contact list within your account.
1. Log into your Merchant Center and navigate to the "Contacts" tab
2. Click the gray "Manage Lists" drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner and select "Create a New List"
3. Type in your desired list name and click "Create a List"
To add contacts to your list, follow the instructions in this article: How To: Add a Contact to a Segmented Contact List
To add a large group of contacts to your new list, pull all respective contacts into a separate file and upload the new file by following the instructions in this article (make sure to choose the new list's name from the drop-down menu on the Final Confirmation page): How To: Upload Contact Lists
