This article will instruct you on how to create a segmented contact list within your account.
1. Log into your Merchant Center and navigate to the "Contacts" tab
2. Click the gray "Manage Lists" drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner and select "Create a New List"
3. Type in your desired list name and click "Create a List"
To add contacts to your list, follow the instructions in this article: How To: Add a Contact to a Segmented Contact List
To add a large group of contacts to your new list, upload a new contact list file containing the contacts you would like on this list by following the instructions in this article (make sure to choose the new list's name from the drop-down menu on the Final Confirmation page): How To: Upload Contact Lists
