Importance of New Customer Offers
Even when you have found potential new customers, it can be difficult to get them in the door for the first time. New Customer Offers can incentivize potential clients to choose your business over someone else or simply push them to check out your business.
The New Customer Offer Process
There are a few different instances in which Mia will automatically send a New Customer Offer to your contacts:
- When they indicate in a Feedback Request campaign that they "have not done business here before"
- If they do not open or respond to a Feedback Request
- When their friends or family share your Referral link with them
- Optional: If you set up a segmented list (ex: "Leads" or "Prospects") with all automated campaigns turned off except the New Customer Offer
- Optional: If you opt for your New Customer Offer to send immediately to those who join your Text Marketing list
You can also send New Customer Offers manually whenever you wish to any or all of your contacts.
