SMS Opt-In

We have introduced a new notifications menu which indicates how many eligible customers are awaiting your SMS opt-in request. A contact becomes eligible when they call your forwarding phone number, which our software posts on your Google+, Yelp, and Facebook pages. When you send the SMS opt in request, your contacts receive a text message asking if they would like to begin receiving your offers and updates via text message.

First, click on the notifications bell, then choose Send SMS Opt-in Requests.

You will be able to review your list of eligible callers. To send the request, choose Send to Selected; then confirm by selecting Send Now. This will send to 50 contacts at a time; if you have more than 50 eligible contacts, repeat this step until your list is cleared out.
