How To: Set Up Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

Enable IVR:

1. Login to your merchant center

2. Click "Settings"

3. Select "Activate"

4. Select either the Male or Female pre-recorded greeting

5. Once you've made your greeting selection, click "Save Setting"

 

Disable IVR: 

1. Select "Settings" and then "Phone"

2. Click "Edit Greeting"

3. Click the blue toggle next to the wording "Make selected greeting active when people call"

4. Make sure the toggle is gray and select "Save Setting"
