How to cancel my Signpost subscription?

If you'd like to make any adjustments or cancel your subscription, we require notification 30 days prior to your next bill date. You can reach us at (855) 606-4900 or by email at Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm Central Standard Time.

Your account manager will be able to assist you with closing your account.

*Please note that your cancellation is not finalized until you have received a cancellation confirmation email from your account manager.
