If you'd like to cancel your subscription or make any adjustments to it, we require written notification at least 30 days before your next billing date as well as an offboarding phone call with your Account Manager.
To begin the cancellation process:
1. Log in to your Merchant Center and navigate to the “Settings” tab
2. Click “Subscriptions” on the left-hand menu
3. Click the purple “Cancel my subscription” text
4. Type in your reason for cancellation and click the purple “Submit Cancellation” button
Note: Your cancellation is not finalized until you have gone through the offboarding process and received a cancellation confirmation email from your Account Manager.
