If you'd like to cancel your subscription or make any adjustments to it, we require notification 30 days prior to your next billing date as well as an offboarding phone call with your Account Manager.
To initiate your request, contact our Customer Support Team during our business hours of Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm Eastern Time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, calling (855) 606-4900, or using the chat feature in the bottom right-hand corner of your dashboard after logging in. Our Customer Support Team will then pass your request along to your Account Manager, who will schedule an appointment with you to begin the offboarding process.
Please note that your cancellation is not finalized until you have gone through the offboarding process and received a cancellation confirmation email from your Account Manager.
