When you receive feedback, it can either be public or private. Below are the scenarios in which feedback is private or public.
Feedback is private when:
- It is negative (3 stars or lower).
- No text is provided with their star rating (negative or positive).
- If they uncheck the box in the image below before submitting their feedback.
Feedback is public when:
- They provide an additional comment with their 4 or 5 star rating and leave the box checked.
