Why is Signpost charging me?

 

Any charges are a reflection of your recurring subscription for our automated CRM product, digital advertising or payment tracking through PaySimple.

 

Don’t remember Signpost?

 

If the name Signpost doesn’t ring a bell, we recommend asking anyone that might help with your marketing, as they may have been the ones that signed up and gone through the set up of the account. We’re here to help so don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re not sure what’s happening with your account or have any questions.

 

Can we get a refund?

 

Charges aren’t refundable, but if you aren’t happy for any reason please let us know and we’re here to help. We also offer a variety of subscription plans so we’ll be able to find the best option for you and your business.
